Day 26

The puppies have teeth! They are getting thicker coats; a couple are wavy which reminds me of Penny (Jill's sister) as a puppy. They can get out of the whelping box and one of the big guys can get back in without having to use the block step. Their barking and wrestling gets more and more adorable every day. Their eyes are very clear and beautiful.

This afternoon the children and I took two puppies at a time outside on the grass, for about 5 minutes each. Some were very curious and playful in it, and others were not happy with the change of scenery! Jill was very frisky with the pups out, rolling and nipping and wrestling with them. We wore them out, and when we were all done the pups were completely crashed in an adorable puppy pile. The fresh air and sunshine are such a nice change of pace!
