Missy is doing well. She has bonded with us and has gotten very bold and adventuresome. She responds well when called. Housebreaking is not quite complete. She no longer gets car sick. She has met two other dogs (golden retriever and Doberman) and has gotten along well with them. We will take her to our vet next Friday.

Goodbye to MJ!
Saturday morning we said goodbye to little MJ! Our first puppy to go to a new home. Her nickname was MJ for "Mini-Jill", since she looks so much like Jill and also has her sweet cuddly personality.
I gave her a bath, and had her all ready for when her family arrived. When they got here, John handed MJ to her new mama, and she snuggled in and fell asleep on her within minutes! It was so precious. I already knew this was a perfect fit, but it was very satisfying to see MJ so content. She'll stay in our state of Kentucky and be very well taken care of. It was bittersweet to watch her go, but with 7 other little ones still here to keep me busy, I haven't dwelt on her absence too much!
Here is Asher, our little boy, getting some cuddles in while waiting on her new family.
