Freckles went to his new home this past Wednesday, June 23. He went to a hunting family in Kentucky, a few hours from us. We are very pleased for him! The family has two young boys and another hunting dog, plus another hunting Brittany in the extended family. We received an update that evening, along with a picture, and Freckles looked like he had settled in just fine. Here's the email:
Freckles is home safe. He already acts like he owns the place. We stopped at my In-Laws and introduced him to Sally (the other Brittany) and they hit it off well! As you can see, he and the boys are already taking up to each other. Thank you again for the opportunity to own such a fine pup. We will keep you posted as to his progress.
